Hashcat Not Working Help!!!

ok so this is what command l put into hashcatt root@kali:~# hashcat -m 0 -a 0 /root/Desktop/Hashes.txt /root/Desktop/rockyou.txt

and this is what l get when l press enter to excute the command

it never load and cracks my hashes in my folder please help
