Need help! about john the ripper commands word.

hi , everyone!
OS : win10 

i try to crack my file , xlsx & veracrypt file 
my steps about xlsx :
1. open cmd in john folder 
2. type 「python office2john.py test.xlsx」
3. it doesn't have any result

at second one about veracrypt 
i can't find any about vera... in john folder
which one is correct & what command word i should input?
