Crack MD5 & SALT

Hello everybody,

I'm running 2 GPU HD ATI 7970 and 5870 under windows 64bits.

It's my first time that i wan't to see how it works,

so is there any tutorial that i have to follow i must crack a hash it's a hash MD5 salted !
