How do I crack a password w/ these rules?

I'm totally new to this -
I want to crack a 7-letter password with the following rules in order:

Upper Case Letter
Lower Case Letter
Lower Case Letter
Upper Case Letter
Number
Number
Special Character


How do I go about doing this?
