Riser PCI - USB ?!

Anyone has already tested PCI 16x riser usb? Like this : https://images10.newegg.com/ProductImage...3lYggE.jpg

Any loss of speed ? As USB is slower than PCI 16x I guess that sending wordlists will be slower but after, during the pure bruteforce, one can't see the difference, no?
