Help me with my itunes password

Hello, I'm very new to this forum. My english is not so goo as it should be to understand all the stuff. Now I try for one week to recover my itunes password, I even don't remeber to set one. I also watched videos at youtube to try to understand how hashcat works. All I have till now is this.
