Combination attack and rules how?

I want to use the combination attack and rules together 
for instance my password is "Helloworld123"
left dictionary has "hello"
right dictionary has "world"
so using combination i will get "helloworld"
i can add any digit or symbol to the left or right rule but i want to test all 3 digits possibility from 000-999 and capital letter
how can i achieve it
