help with veracrypt volume

Thanks for any body who could give me  assistance
I've a container made by veracrypt it's size is 32GB 
hash algorithm is SHA512
encryption mode is XTS
Encryption algorithm is  AES

The password length is 12 to 16 character only lowercase and numbers

I've 4 servers each one (64 core processor and 128GB Ram )



what is the best way to find the password for this file 
what is the formula of hashcat command suppose the file name is test.tc 

please help me
