Problems with formatting

Output hashes are printed like this:

Rather than a list like this:

http://prntscr.com/awte0w

This makes it very hard to read, I don't think its normal. Also, only when using --remove, the hash file turns into a jumbled mess like the first picture. Anyone have an answer please? Thanks.
