Salted Sha1 with bruteforce

Before i start, i am new in hashcat so i am sorry if i am asking stupid question. But i cant handle the usage of hashcat. I have some hashed (with sha1) passwords. I know the salt (as plain) which is "bu yazdığım iyi bir salt olabilir mi?" but i cant use in hashcat. Should i use like CBDA21CAEB1774886B905ACCA04AADA9EFA625DE:bu yazdığım iyi bir salt olabilir mi? or should i use hashed the salt then try to use? And also, could the special characters in the salt can cause problem?
